Robert Lindhorst |
Software Developer Instructor Former ISO/ANSI C++ Standard Committee Member |
ABOUT I am a Software Developer, primarily in C++, but also C#, Java, Python, and a host of other languages. I excel in the design and implementation of complex systems typically involving distributed, real-time, concurrent/parallel and high-speed I/O. I’ve worked on projects ranging from hard real-time systems to microprocessor emulators as well as more esoteric generic programming libraries and techniques. I have been a member of the [ISO/ANSI C++ Standard Committee]. My areas of interest for the Standard are in Networking, Database, Date/Time, and XML (the last of which I have submitted a [proposal]). |
INSTRUCTION I have taught at [TCC] as an adjunct since 2000, mainly teaching C++ and Advanced C++. If you are a prospective student, you can view a [course outline] or email me at my TCC email: robert dot lindhorst at tulsacc.edu. If you are a serious computer science student or even if you're just curious about real-world programming in C++, I would love to have you join us in class someday. |
